"I think its really important that young people understand that there is a world out there and there are other people in it and a lot of them are really wonderful. Whether they are in revolution, which is often what is happening, and being oppressed by the people who didn't want revolution- they were stressed and frightened but they were always very kind and very sweet. So my experiences outside the country have been very positive even when the circumstances where dire for the people living there."
